If you are wanting to include a message for customers to read through before they begin shopping, you can add a Welcome Message to your storefronts.
Step 1: Go to "Edit Store".
Step 2: On the General Tab, add a welcome message in the message box.
Step 3: Use the toolbar to make the message Bold, Italic, Underlined, or Strikethrough.
Step 4: Add a bulleted or numbered list.
Step 5: You can change the color of the font. Either select the color before typing out the message or highlight the already typed message and select the color to change that selected message.
Step 6: Add a link to your website or any URL by clicking the link icon.
Step 7: Fill out the pop-up box with the URL and what you want the text to display.
Step 8: Once you click Ok, the link will show in the message and when you click on it while editing, you will see the link icons selected so you know that there is a link included. For more on editing the link on the general message, take a look here.
Step 9: Select the "Paste as Text" option to paste any text/content into the message as plain text without any formatting.
Step 10: Select the font and font size you want the message to be set to.
Step 11: Click "Upload Image" to include an image within the store message.
Step 12: Then click "Choose File" and select the image that you want to add from the saved files on your computer.
Note: Images need to be in a JPG or PNG format.
Step 13: Click "Full Screen" to edit the store message in fullscreen mode. To get back to the normal view, click the "Fullscreen" option again.
Step 14: Choose from a pop-up or standard store message by selecting a Welcome Message Type.
Step 15: A pop-up store message will display first thing when the customer pulls up the store.
Both the standard and pop-up messages will remain at the top of the store for customers to reference at any time.
