One of the most time-consuming parts of shipping products to your customers is getting the order information entered with your shipping provider and creating the labels for each order. Thankfully, our software has the ability to generate and print shipping labels all within our system! We just need to make sure the shipping label format is set correctly for your printer.
First, we need to get to the account-wide Shipping section. There are two ways to do this — by using the gear icon or through a store.
From Settings
Step 1: Hover over the gear icon on the upper right side of our application.
Step 2: Click on the "Dealer Settings".
Step 3: Go to the "Shipping" tab in your My Account.
You are now on the account-wide Shipping
From Store
Step 1: Select any store.
Step 2: Click "Edit Store".
Step 3: Go to the "Payment & Info".
Step 4: Click the "Manage Shipping Methods".
You are now on the account-wide Shipping
Setup Label Format
Step 1: Once you’re in the Shipping section, click on the "Label".
Step 2: Click the dropdown menu to see the 4 different label formats.
Step 3: Choose the best label format for your printer.
Pro Tip: PDF 4x6 is recommended for thermal printers and ZPLII is recommended for Zebra Printers
Step 4: Click the save button.
Optional: You can add label notes to print on your labels. Labels default to include the Order ID on the label.
Once you’ve added your notes, click the save button to continue.
