Did you know our software integrates with five different shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, Fedex, Canada Post, and Purolator? Adding your shipping carrier information allows our software to charge customers real-time shipping rates as well as print shipping labels.
First, we need to get to the account wide Shipping section. There are two ways to do this — by using the settings icon or through a store.
Settings Icon:
- Hover over the settings icon in the upper right side of our application
- Click on the Dealer Settings button
- Go to the Shipping tab in your My Account page
- You are now on the account wide Shipping tab
From A Store:
- Select any store
- Click Edit Store
- Go to the Payment & Info tab
- Click the Manage Shipping Methods button
- You are now on the account wide Shipping tab

Adding USPS:
You have access to USPS just by using OrderMyGear. There is no special set-up required because you are using OrderMyGear’s USPS account, which gets you Commercial Plus pricing!
Adding UPS:
- Click on the --Select Your Carrier-- dropdown
- Select UPS from the dropdown menu
- Type in a display name (which will be shown to customers) for the shipping carrier
- Type in your personal UPS user ID, Password, and Account Number.
- (Optional) Check the Surepost rating box to enable it
- (Optional) Type in your Mail Innovations cost center and USPS endorsement
- Click the green Save button when finished.
- Success! UPS has now been added to your account
- If you get discounted rates with UPS, please email support@ordermygear.com or call 214-945-4000 and we can help you set that up. We will need your most recent UPS invoice and it must be from within the last 90 days.
If you only enter your basic account information, you will still be billed at your discounted rate, but only standard UPS retail rates will show in your storefronts and at the time of label purchasing.
