Finding Your OMG & CC Fee Percentages:
Step 1: Hover over the gear icon in the upper right-hand side of the screen and click on Dealer Settings.
Step 2: Click on OMG Payments on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 3: Here you can see your OMG fee and Credit Card Processing fee rates
OMG Fee & CC Processing Fee Explanation:
- OMG Fee: This is our fee based off TOTAL CART VALUE.
- OrderMyGear deducts the OMG and CC fee prior to depositing the funds into your account.
- If no credit card is collected, such as a Purchase Order store (cash transactions), we will invoice for the OMG fee separate from deposits.
- The CC processing fee is forfeited on cash transactions.
- CC Processing Fee: These are the credit card processing fees from Stripe, our credit card processor, NOT fees you may have set up on your store.
Payout Schedules:
- You can receive multiple stores per deposit on a Weekly or Daily basis.
- These deposits will include funds from transactions across all active stores during a set period of time.
- Our new Advanced Deposits feature allows you to choose how you would like to receive your funds for a fee of $0.95 per deposit.
- You have the option to receive a deposit per store, provides you the option to only receive funds when a store closes, and allows you to add a delay to your deposit.
- More details can be found here in the advanced deposit article.

The Deposits section will show you the status of a particular deposit, how much was collected, the OMG fees, Credit Card fees, and the net deposit amount.
You can click on the Deposit ID to go to that specific Deposit for more details.
Pro Tip: Open Balance means the funds will be in an upcoming deposit.
Disputes & Chargebacks (Billing):
In the Billing Tab, you can view the customer chargebacks, invoices, and the bank or credit card you have on file for Invoices Only.
Step 1: Hover over the settings icon on the upper right-hand side of the screen.
Step 2: Click on Dealer Settings.
Step 3: Click on Billing on the left-hand side.
Step 4: The dispute information can be found under the Payment History section:
If a dispute is received, OMG sends a summarized email to the billing email on file with details and suggested next steps.
For security purposes, you must contact OrderMyGear to update any information for Deposits. If you don’t have the Billing Tab, please contact support@ordermygear.com and we’ll work with your account administrators to get you access.
Any evidence received, such as tracking numbers, email correspondence with the customer, CC statements, etc. should be sent to disputes@ordermygear.com as we submit this info on your behalf to our CC processor to ‘fight’ your case.
- We always recommend reaching out to the customer in case they disputed was filed in error — if that’s the case, the customer needs to simply drop the dispute with their bank and provide a credit card statement and/or official bank letter from their bank confirming the reversal.
- Disputes do take up to the full 60 days to be reviewed by the customer’s bank.
