Ways to Use the Optimized Search Bar

The optimized search bar is the fastest way to find stores, orders, activities, and much more! The search bar can be accessed from any screen of the software, and is found at the very top of your page.  

Start by clicking the "Magnifying Glass" in the top right corner. This will open a search bar where you can type your store or customer info into.

Once you begin to type into the search bar, search results will begin to populate 

When searching for orders the search results will sort by creation date  

The search bar defaults to search for stores. You can click "Orders" to search for orders instead of stores. 

Searchable topics

The search menu will try to match the searched terms to the following fields:

• Order ID
• Store Name
• Work Order Number
• Billing Name
• Player Name
• Customer Phone
• Customer Email
• Type in the email address of your customer, and all orders with that email address will appear

• Coach’s Email
• Coach’s email address can be searched if it was added to the store’s general tab

• Direct Access URL
• Type only the custom portion of the URL. Be sure to not include .itemorder.com

• Sale Code/OMG Code
• Type in the sale code or OMG code to find a store

• Store Activity or Organization
• Type in the store activity and any store or order containing that name will appear
• Narrow the search by clicking the Store filter. In our example, now only stores containing the word “baseball” will appear

• Archived Stores 
  • By default, archived stores are not included in search results 
  • Toggle on the "Show Archived Stores" box to include those stores

• Search by last 4 Digits of Credit Card
• Entering the last 4 digits of the customer’s credit card will show any orders associated with the credit card number
