Note: Custom Reporting is in beta and will be available to all clients starting January 2024.
Do you need to tailor your reports to gather the exact insights you need?? Custom Reporting allows you to quickly view and pull order data across any of your stores and any OMG solutions you have access to.
With easy drag-and-drop functionality, save valuable time by creating the exact report you need, when you need it. Download your reports as a CSV, save them as templates for easy reuse, and even share reports across your teams.
Step 1: On the New Start page, navigate to "Custom Reporting"
Step 2: Select a Store Type at the top left, then click on "Table Headers" to the right to view the available headers
Step 3: Drag and drop the desired table headers to the table below:
Step 4: Fine-tune your report by setting your desired filters and clicking the "Apply" button. This can be by date range, order total, or by store (Coming Soon!)
Step 5: Save the parameters in your table as a template so you don't have to re-customize your report every time.
Note: Load a previously saved report template by clicking on its name in the Report Template dropdown.
Step 6: Export this current Custom Report as a CSV

Can I download this report as a PDF?
No, however, you can export your Custom Report as a CSV file to use within Excel.
What stores can I pull data from for my Custom Reports?
You can pull data across any stores and any OMG solutions that you have access to - whether that be Company Stores, Pop-up Stores, or Redemption Stores. To create a Custom Report for your Company Stores data, select "Company Stores" in Step 2.
Can other users see my saved report templates?
No, the templates you save will only be accessible to you as an individual user. In the near future, you will have the ability to share your report with other users on the app (feature coming soon!)
