The Discover App lets you search through all suppliers' items listings available through OneSource. This allows you to search by keyword, item number, natural language, supplier name, sort and filter through available items, and create lists/favorites of items you use the most. Additionally, you can further leverage this functionality to create items in your Pop-up Stores, Company Stores, and Presentations without having to navigate into separate platforms to make changes. This process will allow for quicker product creation within stores and being able to utilize common item listings to quickly add products to new, or existing stores in your account.

Notes and Tips for Discover
Q: Can users/shoppers order through Discover?
A: No - the product Discover tool is to search through OneSource product listings, create saved lists of items/favorited items, and add products into other Stores or Presentations.
Q: Is it possible to make edits to product data before it's added to a store or presentation?
A: While you can review current product stored within Discover, to make edits to that data it first needs to be added to a store or presentation. Once that is done, you can navigate into the applicable platform to make additional edits as needed.
Q: What is an example of a curated list of items?
A: An example of items you may want in a saved list, are your "highest sellers." These could potentially be items across different stores, programs, or projects you have done which are most requested/most sold. Creating a list of these items lets you have a single area where this list "lives", which you can then use to add to other stores or presentations. Making it much quicker to add selections of products to new stores or presentations.
Q: There is an issue with a product's data that I came across, how can I let your team know?
A: Access the product that has inaccurate data and when you scroll down below the images, you will have an option to "Report Inaccurate Product Data" which allows you to submit a form to us indicating what details are inaccurate.
