On the Manage Orders tab, you can see all orders that have been placed in the store. From this tab, you can filter orders, select specific orders to email, or set a new status. You can also search for specific orders as well.
Step 1: On the left-hand side of the store, select the "Manage Orders" tab.
Step 2: On the right-hand side of the page, you can see the total number of orders in the store. Use the arrows to click to the next page of orders, if you have multiple pages worth.
Step 3: Click the dropdown to the right of the arrows to change the number of orders that show on each page.
In the Search Orders bar, you can search by:

- Order ID number
- Customer Name(Billing/Player First or Last Name)
- Email address
- Last 4 digits of the Credit Card or Gift Card used on the order
Filtering Orders
By clicking on "Filter Orders" you'll have the option to filter orders by:

- Date
- Status
- Coupon
- Shipping Method
- Collected custom information at checkout
To email customers, set a status, or download receipts for specific orders, you can select the checkboxes to the left of each order. Select the checkbox at the top to select all orders on that page.
Step 1: Click the "# Selected" dropdown menu, you can set the status for the selected orders, email those specific customers, or you can download the receipts.
Step 2: Click "Set Status" and choose from your status options to switch all selected orders to that status. For a full walkthrough on setting up Custom Statuses, you can take a look here.
Step 3: Select "Download Receipts" to download the selected orders into a PDF for you to view and print.
Step 4: Select "Email Customers" to send an email to selected customers.
It will then bring up a box where you can set the subject of the email and type out the message you want to send. Press "Send Email" when you are ready to send it to customers!
