Transaction Report Overview
You can either filter transactions by date range OR deposits.
Dates
Step 1: Select the date range that you want to include when pulling the transactions list.
Step 2: To select the range, you'll click the date you want to begin at and then go to the date you want to end the range at and click that date. It will then show in green the selected dates.
Note: You can only pull up to 12 months at a time for the date range.
Step 3: If you are pulling a specific store, make sure to include the correct dates for when that store was open.
Deposits
You can select one or multiple specific deposits to pull the transactions from. Once you have filtered the report by either the dates or deposits, you can customize what information needs to be included in the report.
Stores
If you're needing information only for specific stores, you can select the stores you are wanting to include under stores. The report automatically includes all stores within the date range/deposit. If zero stores are selected, it will pull all transactions for the dates/deposits selected. You only need to make this selection if you have specific stores you're needing to pull from.
Sales Representative
If you're wanting to pull transactions based on the sales representative, you can select the sales rep you want to include. The report automatically includes all sales rep's stores within the date range/deposits unless you select specific representatives that you want to include.
Payment Methods
You can select which payment methods you want to include in the report. The report defaults to include all payment methods but you can deselect any options. If the option is outlined in Green, it will be included. If you deselect, it will turn grey. The report defaults to include all transactions(charges or refunds) made on orders. You can also select to only include the original transaction for orders.
