Do you have a few products that sold well in one store and want to add them to a new store, but without the hassle of inputting all the information over again? Want to combine two stores together? This article will show you how you can copy products from one store to another!
Step 1: Locate the store with the products you want to copy from
Step 2: In the Overview screen, find the sale code and copy it to your clipboard or write it down
Pro Tip: On a Windows computer you can highlight the 5-digit store code with your mouse, and press Ctrl + C to copy it for future use. For Macs you can press Command + C.
Step 3: Locate the new store where you would like the products to be copied to
Step 4: Click Edit Store and select the Products tab
Step 5: Click on the search bar and type/paste in the sale code from the previous store
Step 6: Scroll to the very bottom of the results to find a section labeled Stores then click on the store name to see a list of that store’s products
Step 7: Click on the checkbox to the left of the product image on all products you would like to copy
Step 8: Once all items have been selected, click on the Copy selected products to sale button
Step 9: Success! The products have now been copied into your new store
Pro Tip: Be patient! It can take a few seconds to copy over the products. The more products to copy the longer it might take. If nothing happens, it might be because it was too much data to copy over at once. The ideal number is 10 or less products each time you press the copy selected products to sale button.
