Editing the Tiered Shipping on an Existing Order

Special care must be taken when making edits to orders containing tiered shipping. With this guide, you'll discover how to make order edits like a pro!

Update Tiered Shipping

Step 1: Click the word Edit — located to the right of the shipping method. 

Step 2: Select Tiered Shipping from the select shipping method dropdown.

Step 3: Click the green Update button.

Step 4: The shipping price will now show the correct amount for the quantity ordered!

Charge/Refund 

Step 5: Before we can save this order, we must charge the credit card on file.

Step 6: Click on the Charges & Refunds tab.

The amount due should equal the total due on the previous page. You cannot type in a new number here, as everything must match with the order. 

• (Optional) Type in a description of why you are making a new charge.

Step 7: Select a payment method from the dropdown menu. If the customer paid with a credit card, that card should be on file. You can also choose Cash or Check.

Step 8: Click on Submit Charge to complete the charge.

Save Order

Step 9: Make sure to hit the green Save & Return button to save all your changes.

Once the order has been updated, a new receipt will be generated, which you can download and provide to the customer to show them the changes have been completed!
