Below you'll find a few examples of email notifications sent through OrderMyGear.
Group Portal Access
- Email is intended to go to the main point of contact on an individual store who would like to view fundraising totals, find store link, share store link with the group purchasing, download flyers, and view orders as they come in
- How to share/navigate group access portal:
Store is open for orders
- Email intended to go to anyone who may purchase from a store
- Paste all email addresses in the “Share with group” tab of the group portal (#1 above) If addresses are not added, email will not go out to anyone
Customer Activity Report – New Orders
- This notification is sent to the assigned sales rep and lists orders from all stores he/she is assigned to
Customer Activity Report (Expired Sales)
- This notification is sent to the assigned sales rep and lists recently closed stores
Thank you for your order
- This email is sent to the end user (the person buying from the store) immediately after checkout has been completed
- The end user can download a copy of his/her receipt in PDF format by clicking ‘download your receipt’
