Add a New User

How do I add a new user to my account?

• Go to your Dashboard
• Click the "gear" in the top right hand corner and go to Dealer Settings

• On the left column, choose Users

• Enter the new user’s email address under Invite New Users in the email field
• Click Send Invite

• An Invite Email will be sent to that email address prompting them to log on and set up their OMG user account.

Note: The links sent in invitation emails are only valid for one hour after being opened. After that, a new invitation will need to be sent if the account has not been set up. Do this by selecting the intended email address under the Recent Invites section below the email address field for inviting new users and clicking the "Resend Invite" button in the top-left corner of that section.
