You can notify your customers of their shipments via shipment tracking emails. When shipment tracking emails are enabled, customers will receive email notifications including their tracking number and the status of their shipment.
Sending tracking emails when creating a label
After purchasing a shipping label, you can click the check mark on the Email Customers button, this enables shipment tracking emails.
Sending tracking emails from the Shipping page
If you did not send the email notification after creating a label, you can select your shipment(s) from the Shipping page and select "Enable Tracking Emails" from the dropdown menu. You'll then click "Send Now"!
NOTE: Shipment tracking emails come from firstname.lastname@example.org
