Search Filters
There are two ways to search for ordered products, by product or by SKU. The software defaults to Search by Product.
Search By Product
Step 1: To search by product, first select a brand name. You can choose from the dropdown menu or you can search for a brand.
Step 2: The brands are arranged by most frequently ordered to least frequently ordered.
Step 3: Once you select a brand, a "Style Number" option will appear.
Step 4: The style number is optional, so you can click the green "search" button to search for all products ordered from the brand you selected.
Step 5: Click on the "Style Number" dropdown menu to search for a style number or select a style number from the dropdown menu. You must search by style number. Searching for the product name does not work here.
Step 6: Once you select a style number, "Color and Size" options appear. Color and size are also optional.
Step 7: Click on the "Color" dropdown menu to select a color from the dropdown menu. Only colors that have been ordered will appear as options. The colors are sorted by most ordered color.
Step 8: Click on the "Size" dropdown menu to select a size from the dropdown menu.
Only sizes that have been ordered will appear as options.
Step 9: Click the green "search" button when you are ready to search.
Search By SKU
If you know the specific SKU that you are looking for, it is a little faster to search by SKU instead of by product.
Step 1: To search by SKU, first select a brand name. You can choose from the dropdown menu or you can search for a brand. The brands are arranged by most to least frequently ordered.
Step 2: Once you select a brand, a SKU option will appear.
Step 3: The SKU is optional, so you can click the green "search" button to search for all products ordered from the brand you selected.
Step 4: Click on the "SKU" dropdown menu to search for a SKU or select a style number from the dropdown menu. You must search by SKU. Searching for product name does not work here.
Step 5: Once you find a SKU, the color and size option associated with that SKU will automatically populate.
Searching For Multiple Products
You can add multiple products to a search. This is useful if multiple items are out of stock and you want to email everyone at once, or if you want to make a purchase order for multiple brands.
Step 1: To add an additional product to search for, click the "Add New" button.
Step 2: To remove a search, click on the "Remove" button.
Filters
We offer the option to filter your search by Date Range, Stores, Statuses, and Sales Rep.
Step 1: Click on the "Date Range" to select a new starting and ending date.
The Date Range defaults to one month ago from today.
Step 2: Click on the "Stores" filter to select the stores you want to search for from the dropdown menu, or search by store name or store code. The stores are arranged newest to oldest.
Step 3: Click on the "Statuses" filter to select the statuses you want to search for from the dropdown menu. You can create up to 7 custom statuses to help you with fulfillment. Click here to learn how to set that up.
Step 4: Click on the "Sales Rep" filter to select the salesperson you want to search for from the dropdown menu. The sales reps are listed alphabetically.
