How to set up the Order Status Tracker:
- First, ensure that you have Custom Statuses set up for your account. Create descriptions for status labels to make the order status as clear as possible to the customer.
- Once you have set your statuses and descriptions, you can enable the Order Status Tracker for consumers. You can enable this on the Product level or the Order level.
- Consumers can track the status of their order via confirmation email or by adding "/orderstatus" to the end of a store URL.
