In today's world, customers expect that when they order anything online they will be able to see the status of their purchase at any time, so why should your stores be any different? With our new Order Status Tracker, customers can now see their order status without having to fill up your inbox with questions!
Our Order Status Tracker will allow customers to see the status of their entire order or specific items within an order. You'll be able to create descriptions for status labels to help make their order status as clear as possible. Whether their order is processed, shipped, complete, or even back-ordered, your customers will be able to see exactly where their order is in the process!

Customer's View Tracking the Status
Now your customer will be able to track their order status! They'll have two ways to do so.
Access Order Status via Order Confirmation Email
When the customer places an order from a store where tracking has been turned on, their order confirmation email will now include a link to View Order Status where they can view the status of their order and/or items within an order, even after a store closes.
If the tracker is turned off, the option to view the status in the confirmation email will not be included.
Access Order Status via the Online Store
After the customer places an order, if they revisit their online store, they can view the status of their order and/or items within an order, even after a store closes. What they'll need to do is enter the URL for the store, followed by /orderstatus. So, for example, shop.itemorder.com would need to be shop.itemorder.com/orderstatus, and this is a link you can distribute to your customers proactively.
Once a customer follows that URL they will be taken to this page to enter their email and order number:
If tracking information has been added to the order, it will be displayed along with a link to the carrier's website to view real-time tracking. Below are examples of what the customer will see when they pull up their order with the Order Status Tracker.
