Are you having trouble tracking fulfillment across the different phases of production and shipping? With our new Custom Statuses, you can create up to 7 custom statuses to help you keep track of orders.
For example, you can label orders as New, Processing, Ordered, Backordered, Needs Decoration, Shipped, or Complete. You have complete control over how you set up your labels.
You can set statuses in bulk by order, but you can also set statuses by individual products. This way you can partially fulfill orders with more detailed information than before.
Warning: These settings are account-wide. Any changes you make will affect all users.

Finding the Custom Statuses Page:
Step 1: Hover over the gear icon on the upper right side of our application.
Step 2: Click on Dealer Settings.
Step 3: Go to the Custom Status tab on your My Account page.
- You are now on the account-wide Custom Statuses tab.
- Warning: These settings are account-wide. Any changes you make will affect all users.
- All new orders will be labeled with the first locked status. This defaults to the name New.
- The second locked status will always be the last status. This defaults to the name Complete.
- You can change the names and colors of these locked statuses, but you cannot delete them.
Editing a Status:
Step 1: If you would like to change the name or color of the status, then click the Edit Button.
Step 2: In the Status Name box, type in a new name for this status.
Step 3: In the Order Status Description, type in a description for that status- This description will be displayed to the end customer when they look up their Order Status.
Step 4: Select the color you would like for this status.
Step 5: Click the green Save button to save your changes.
Add a New Status:
Step 1: Click the Add New Status button.
Step 2: Type in a Status Name.
Step 3: Select a Color for the status.
Step 4: Once finished, click the Save button.
Step 5: You can have a total of up to 7 statuses.
Step 6: Currently, the same colors can be used for multiple statuses.
Step 7: Once you reach the limit, the Add New Status button will grey out.
Delete a Status:
Click on the Trash Can symbol to delete a status.
- You cannot delete the locked statuses.
- If you delete a status, all products and orders labeled with that status will still have the deleted status label.

VERY IMPORTANT: In order to change the custom statuses that are labeled with a deleted status, you must:
- Recreate the old status
- Save
- Edit the old status with the desired change
- Save again
Rearrange Status Order:
Click, hold, and then drag on the three horizontal bar icons of the status to rearrange the order.
- The two locked statuses remain first and last.
Setting Statuses in Bulk:
Step 1: Locate the store you would like to set statuses for.
Step 2: Click on the Manage Orders tab.
Note: The Fulfillment Status column has been updated so you can see the label names and colors assigned to each order.
Step 3: Click on the box next to the Order ID to select the orders you want to change statuses on.
Step 4: Click on the Number Selected dropdown menu.
Step 5: Select the Set Status option.
Step 6: Click the Select Status dropdown menu and select the new status for the order.
Step 7: Click on the green Save Orders button.
- Now the orders have been updated to a new status.
Setting Status by Product:
With the new statuses, you can partially fulfill orders with more detailed information than before.
Step 1: Locate an order you would like to set a product status for.
Step 2: Each individual product now has a status.
Step 3: Click the status dropdown menu and select the new status.
Note: If there are multiple statuses on an order, the order will be labeled as Multiple.
Filtering by Status:
Step 1: Locate the Manage Orders page of the store you want to look at.
Step 2: Click the Filter Orders dropdown menu.
Step 3: Click the box next to the statuses you want to see.
