Don’t waste time doing the same thing over and over again when you can do it in bulk!
The new Bulk Tab makes it easier than ever to apply bulk edits across products on your store. Plus, you can now attach personalization options on multiple products at once (e.g. long text, short text, yes/no toggles) with the new Bulk Custom Options.

Selecting Multiple Products
- Go to the store you would like to edit
- Click the Bulk Actions tab
- Click the checkbox next to each product you’d like to edit
Pro Tip: To select all of the products available, click the checkbox next to ‘Select All Products’ at the top of the page.
- Now that you have your products selected, you can begin to choose actions from the Bulk Actions shown below.
Copying Multiple Products (Cloning)
- Select the products you want to copy
- Click the Clone option in the dropdown menu
- A confirmation message will appear to confirm the products you want to clone
- Click on Clone Products
- Success! Now you have two exact versions of the selected items
Here are some situations where this is helpful:
- If you need to bundle products together, but also want an extra copy for customers to buy from
- If you want to offer one product multiple times with one or two small changes. It’s easier to change one or two things than it is to start from scratch every time
Deleting Multiple Products
- Select the products you want to delete
- Click the Delete option in the dropdown menu
- A confirmation message will appear to confirm the products you want to delete
- Click on Delete Products
- Success! The selected products are now removed from the storefront

Changing the Price on Multiple Products
- Select the products you want to delete
- Click the Change Price option in the dropdown menu
- A confirmation message will appear to confirm the products you want to change the price of
- Choose Update Price To in order to replace prices, or, choose Update Prices By in order to increase current product prices by a $ or % value.
- Enter the amount you want to Update Price To or Update Price By, then, select Base Price, Retail Price, or COGS
- Base Price is the amount the customers will see on the storefront and typically makes up the majority of the price of the item
- Retail Price is used to mark the estimated retail price of the items, and will only be shown to the customers if they are receiving a discount
- COGS stands for Cost of Goods Sold, and is used on the backend to calculate your estimated margins
- Click on the green Apply button to finish
- Success! All the prices for the selected products have been updated
Bundling Multiple Products
- Select the products you would like the bundle
- Click the Bundle option from the drop down menu
- Name the new bundle
- Bundles can be marked as required by checking the “Bundle Required” box
- Click Create Bundle
- Success! Your bundle should now be at the top of your Products list under Product Bundles
Pro Tip: Marking a bundle as required will not prevent customers from checking out. Instead, customers will see a warning at checkout letting them know that they are missing required products.
Making Multiple Products Required
- Select the products you want to flag as required items
- Click on the Make Required option from the dropdown menu
- A confirmation message will appear to confirm that the selected products were marked as required
Pro Tip: Marking a product as mandatory will not prevent customers from checking out. Instead, customers will see a warning at checkout letting them know that they are missing mandatory products.
If products are already marked as mandatory, the dropdown menu option will now say Make Optional.
Making Multiple Products Unavailable
- Select the products you want to make optional
- Click on the Make unavailable option from the dropdown menu
- A confirmation message will appear to confirm that the selected products were marked as unavailable
Pro Tip: Unavailable products will not show up for customers on the storefront. However, the product will still be on the product list in our application. This is useful if you know a product has sold out, or want to keep the product around for the future.
- All selected products will now be marked as unavailable under the product name in red
- If products are already marked as unavailable, the dropdown menu option will now say Make Available
Changing Multiple Product’s Categories
- Select the products whose categories you want to change
- Click the Category option from the dropdown menu
- You will be prompted to Select a Category and Select a Subcategory from the dropdown menu
- Click on Apply
- Success! The products’ categories and subcategories have now been changed
Pro Tip: Newly added products will start in the default category.
Changing Multiple Product’s Tax Category
- Select the products whose tax categories you want to change
- Click the Tax Category option from the dropdown menu
- You will be prompted to Select a Tax Category from the dropdown menu:
- Normal Taxable is for products that are not associated with any special tax rules
- Tax Exempt is for items that should not have tax assessed for any customers
- Clothing (20010) should be applied to clothing items in states where these items require a special tax designation — for example, in New York, there are specific exemptions applied to clothing items under $110.
- Click on Apply
- Success! The tax categories for those products have now been changed
Adding Fundraising to Multiple Products
- Select the products you want to add fundraising for
- Click the Add Fundraising option from the dropdown menu
- You will be prompted to Name the New Price Addition
- Type in the fundraising amount you want to add
- Select if you would like to hide the fundraising from customers. Note: this is defaulted to show customers the fundraising amount
- Click Apply
- Success! Each product now has the fundraising you selected
Pro Tip: Reminder that all OMG & CC processing fees are taken out of the entire cart total. This is inclusive of fundraising amounts.
Removing All Price Additions From Multiple Products
- Select the products whose price additions you’d like to remove
- Click the Remove All Price Additions option from the dropdown menu
- A prompt will appear to confirm you would like to remove the price additions from the selected products
- Click the Remove button
- Success! You have now removed all price additions, including fundraising
Editing Product Shipping Weights on Multiple Products
- Select the products whose shipping weights you’d like to adjust
- Click the Edit Shipping Weights option from the dropdown menu
- Type in the new product weight — this will apply to all selected items, so double check your selected items to make sure they all weigh the same amount
- Select the unit of measurement you would like to apply (ounces, grams, kilos, pounds)
- Click on Save Changes
- Success! Each selected product has now been updated with the weight you entered
Adding Custom Options to Multiple Products
- Select the products you would like to apply custom options to
- Click Custom Options from the dropdown menu
- You will then be prompted to select the Custom Option Type from the dropdown menu
- Options: Short Text, Long Text, Yes/No Toggle, Multiple Choice, Size, Color, Logo
- Then, select from the available custom options depending on the type you selected
- Click on Save Changes
- Success! Each selected product has now been updated with custom options
Removing Custom Options from Multiple Products
- Select the products you would like to remove custom options from
- Click Remove All Custom Options from the dropdown menu
- You will be prompted to confirm the selected products to remove custom options from
- Click on Remove
- Success! Custom options have now been removed from the selected products
