You’ve created a store, made a bunch of sales to your end customers, and fulfilled the items in a timely manner — now it’s time to do it all over again! Rather than rebuilding your store from scratch, why not save some time by copying the one you already created? With the Copy Store button, you can do just that!
Note: If a product on a copied store is not behaving as expected, try deleting the product and re-adding it to your store.

Use the same URL on the copied store
Step 1: Select the old store you wish to copy
Step 2: Once opened, click on the Copy Store button
Step 3: Select Yes when asked if you’re sure you want to copy the store
The store will begin to copy - this may take a minute if the store has a lot of products!
Once complete, you will be brought to the new version of the store, which will keep all of the store settings of your original store, including fees, rebates, and coupons
Pro Tip: A major benefit of copying a store is starting over fresh with your reports — which means no more confusion on which orders have or have not been fulfilled!
After the store has been copied
Step 4: Click Edit Store to adjust the open and close dates, add or remove products, or add a custom URL to the store
Pro Tip: The store will now have “Copy” at the end of the store name — we recommend removing this prior to sending it to your customers to keep the store looking professional
Step 5: Archive the previous version of the store so you don’t get confused on which is which!
Using the Same URL On a Copied Store
In order to use the same URL/link on the copied store, you will need to remove the URL from the original store that was set up so that you can save it on the new store.
Step 1: Locate the old store by hovering over the Stores tab at the top left of the screen.
Step 2: Click the All Stores
Step 3: Find the original store and click it
Step 4: Edit Store
Step 5: Locate the Direct access URL and copy the customizable URL. In this example, it's Morgan -Market Copy.
Step 6: Copy or Delete/erase the customizable URL from this store. Each customizable URL has to be unique, so we must delete it from this store in order to use it on the copied store.
Step 7: Click the green Save Changes in the top right corner
Step 8: Now relocate the copied store. It should have the name (Old Store Name) Copy.
Step 9: Click Edit Store.
Step 10: Type or Paste the original customized URL in the Direct access URL
Step 11: Click on the green Save Changes
Since the new store has the same URL as the old store, customers should not notice anything different but your orders are now separated! You can do this monthly, quarterly, or every time you fulfill some orders!
