Building a Catalog

Catalogs are a powerful tool within the OrderMyGear platform that we hope will change how you do business for the better!

Create a catalog

Step 1: Click the "Catalog" tab, located in the banner at the top of your page.

Step 2: Click the "+Catalog" button on the left hand side of the page.

This will create a new catalog.

Step 3: Add a new catalog name by clicking on the "New Catalog" box and typing in a title.

Step 4: Hover over the New Category button and click the "pencil" icon to rename a category.

Step 5: Type in the new name and click the "checkmark".

Step 6: Click the "Add Category" button to add a new category.

Categories can be deleted by clicking the "trashcan" icon.

Step 7: Add a subcategory by clicking the "+Add Subcategory" button. Hover over the subcategory and click the "pencil" icon to rename the subcategory.

Add a Product

Step 1: Click the "+Add Products" button. 

This opens the Verified Product page.

Pro Tip: Only Verified or Dealer Products can be added to a Catalog.

Step 2: Type in the style number or name of the product.

Step 3: Click the green "Add" button.

Pro Tip: Your desired product might not be on the first page. Select another page to view more products.

Step 4: Click the close button when all the products are added.

Step 5: Click the "pencil" icon to edit the product.

Step 6: Click "Manage pricing" to set a price. One set price can be added by clicking "Set Price". Upcharges can be added by clicking the "Size, Color, and SKU" buttons.

Step 7: Click "Manage Options" to select sizes and colors. Green means go! By default, all size and color options will be selected. Deselect the colors that will not be offered. Only the sizes and colors highlighted in green will be available in the catalog.

The order of products can be changed by holding and dragging the three green bars to the left of a product.

Once your catalogs are configured, you can share them directly with a coach or decision-maker, or pull a specific set of products by searching for a catalog when building a store! Click here to find out more about sharing your catalog!
