If you are uncertain if a change you need made requires contacting our Support Team by phone, here are some pointers on when a call is needed, or a call needs to be scheduled with someone on our Support Team:
Q: I need the bank account for deposits updated, how do I do this?
A: Call our support team to let us know you need your deposit bank account updated. The agent will take down your callback information and someone will follow-up with you soon.
Q: I need to change ownership of my OrderMyGear account to another business, how do I do this?
A: Call our Support Team to let us know you need ownership* of your account updated. The agent will take down your callback information and someone on our support team will follow-up with you on scheduling this.
Note*: For change of ownership requests, we require both the current and new owners to be present during the call.
Q: I need to provide business verification information for my account as I see a banner indicating that I need to verify my account. How can I provide this?
A: For the most part, Stripe verification can be performed by an admin with Accounting or Owner level access. They can then provide this information during the Stripe verification process. If for some reason you need information updated by OMG in your Stripe account profile, you can call our Support Team and we can assist you with making these changes.
