Recover Deleted Products

In real life, if you lose a product, you’re probably in for a lot of extra work and an unhappy customer — but on the OrderMyGear site, accidentally getting rid of a product is no problem at all! As you’ll see, we’ve made recovering your deleted products quick and easy.

Recover Deleted Products

Step 1: Locate the store that used to have your deleted product

Step 2: Click "Edit Store"

Step 3: Select the "Products" tab

Step 4: Click on the "Deleted Products" button

Step 5: You should now see a list of all products that were deleted from this store 

Step 6: Select the items you’d like to recover by clicking the checkbox next to the product image

Step 7: Once selected, the products will be highlighted in blue

Step 8: Click on the "Add Back Selected" button

Pro Tip:  Patience is key! Adding products back might take some time depending on how many products you are recovering

Final Step: Success! The deleted products are now back in your store

Pro Tip:  If you accidentally recovered the wrong product, you can just re-delete it!
