💸 Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later) on Account-Level

Klarna, a popular payment method used to increase average order value, is now available as a payment option across all accounts. Users still must enable Klarna as a payment option on their individual stores via the Payment & Info tab.

Enhancements

🎁 Redemption Stores

Redemption Stores allow shoppers to redeem an item(s) from the storefront without providing payment. We made several enhancements to our Redemption Stores to improve the experience for users in the app and shoppers on the storefront:

• Order Report & Transaction Report - In the Order Report and Transaction Report, easily view the item a customer redeemed and the respective Redemption Code by referencing the last four digits of the code or custom code in the ‘Payment Method’ column
• Code Groups CSV Export - Users can download a CSV file to easily view and manage the various Code Groups created for their Redemption Stores. Users can filter and download the codes assigned to different groups making it simpler and more efficient to manage
• Redemption Storefronts - We made some tweaks to our Redemption Stores storefronts like removing the ‘Customers Are Also Buying’ section from checkout since customers are redeeming items, plus made some verbiage updates like adjusting ‘item/items’ plurality to reflect the quantity of items able to be redeemed (e.g. "1 item" vs. "2 items")

🎟️ Coupon Codes

We enhanced our coupons functionality so users can now modify coupon codes and names to avoid continuously creating new coupons. Users can now:

• Add or remove coupon codes from an existing coupon
• Change the display name of the coupon
• Unable to edit single-use coupons (value, type, and checkbox)

📦 Shippo Update

We updated to the latest version of the Shippo API (2018) so users can continue to automate their shipping and connect multiple carriers with one integration.

Bug Fixes

🖇️ Copy Store Templates

We identified an issue with copying Store Templates where store colors, secondary logos, and other elements of the storefront were not copying over correctly. This bug has been fixed and Store Templates functionality is back up-and-running.

🫣 Hide Bundle Pricing

We identified a bug where users were unable to hide pricing on the storefront for PO bundles on credit card stores. This bug has been squashed and the user experience restored to normal.

🚀 New Zapier Connections

We discovered a bug where users were unable to add new Zapier connections and received an error message when attempting to do so. Users can now add new connections - no problem.
