We've introduced a new and improved experience when logging into the OMG app. Start Page creates a more organized and efficient start to your workday, including features like:

• Easy navigation to the solutions you have access to (Pop-up Stores, Redemption Stores, and/or Company Stores powered by BrightStores)
• View insights related to your top performing stores and recent orders at-a-glance
• Fast access to our new Custom Reporting feature

📈 Custom Reporting

You can now gather the exact insights you need, when you need them. Custom Reporting allows you to: 

• Customize and view order data across all stores and solutions you have access to
• Build tailored reports in minutes by dragging and dropping the exact fields you need
• Save frequently used reports as templates or download reports as a CSV file

💰 Klarna

Increase your average order value by adding Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later) as a payment method to your storefronts. Klarna makes it easier for shoppers to buy more by giving them the flexibility to pay over time.

• Only Owners and Accountants can enable Klarna on the account level

👕 Uniform Builder Integration

Easily add sublimated, highly customized products from your favorite uniform builders directly to your storefronts. We’ve partnered up with Founder Sport Group, followed by Under Armour, and will continue to add more suppliers and brands in the future.

 🛒 Abandoned Cart Notification

If a shopper has an item in their cart and tries to leave the page without checking out, they will receive a browser notification asking if they would like to "leave the page without saving changes." This simple change helps reduce cart abandonment and encourage shoppers to complete their transactions.

Enhancements

💸 Bulk Price Update

Easily update the price of products and adjust your margins in seconds. With this enhancement, you can increase the price of all products on the storefront by a dollar or percentage value. Previously, users could only change the price of products to a specified value.

📦 Shipping Module

We’ve polished up the shipping module within the checkout process to make placing an order as quick and easy as possible. In this enhancement, we provided more customization to shoppers at checkout and reduced the overall number of clicks needed to complete a purchase. This includes:

• Removed the "Pick Up" and "Ship To" buttons, allowing users to customize what the shopper sees.
• Shipping methods are now displayed and auto-selected in the order created, reducing the overall number of clicks. 
• Eliminated issues related to shipping and taxes calculating when switching between shipping options.

🐞 Bug Fix Updates

We’ve tweaked some things under the hood, but nothing major to report this month. Good news - the app is even better than it was before.
